Ancient Novgorod Footwear on Display in Vyborg

Residents and visitors of Vyborg will have the unique opportunity to explore a fascinating collection of medieval footwear and artifacts from Novgorod. The exhibition, titled "With a Light Step on the Cobblestones", opens on February 14 at the "Governor's House" exhibition hall. Organized by the Vyborg and Novgorod museum-reserves, the display features 188 archaeological finds, including around 40 leather items crafted by Novgorod artisans.
