This type of clothing offers a combination of low cost and high quality, causing local brands to protest when it was first introduced to Sweden several years ago, resulting in the departure of competing brands. In addition to jeans, North Korea also manufactures decent bags and footwear, with their sneakers matching the quality of Western models.
Recently, North Koreans have started wearing badges featuring the portrait of Kim Jong Un. A agreement has been signed between Sergei Dankvert and Kim Su Chhor, the deputy chairman of the Committee on Quality Control of Import and Export Goods and Quarantine of North Korea, allowing for the supply of products from North Korea to Russia.
