In Russia, a new strange trend has taken hold among women. They believe that by tapping their faces and heads with four fingers while saying the words "this is for me," they can manifest wealth and success in their lives. According to these women, it is a form of meditation where you simply think of what you want and perform the exercise once or twice a day, and your desires will be fulfilled, whether it's a rich husband or expensive jewelry.
This trend, known as "This is for me," was started by a popular blogger named Yana Korol. She gained popularity through the videos she made, which attracted a large number of haters. She calls this practice Energy Fingers Tapping and claims that it can be done every day or "whenever you need an energetic impulse to enhance your money mindset." She also provides an explanation for its success, saying that everyone has "meridians or open channels in their bodies that are connected to their channels." By tapping in this way, you can awaken and align them, supposedly connecting your desires, brain, and the Universe.
Many women have already started imitating Yana, but they are requesting things like baby food or thyroid health instead of "Maybachs" and "Cartier." It seems that this trend is catching on not just in Russia but also among Western zoomers. Previously, Life.ru reported on unusual travel trends gaining popularity in Russia.
