The brand Alena Akhmadullina has showcased its latest collection, titled "Belogorye", which draws inspiration from the traditional crafts of the Belgorod region. One of the standout features of this region is the unique "black and white embroidery" pattern. The collection incorporates geometric designs borrowed from ancient Slavic culture.
The collection mainly consists of dresses, but also includes key wardrobe pieces from Belogorye, such as the famous "sinjak" coat, sarafan, and poneva. What sets this drop apart is that it was created in collaboration with local artistic and creative communities, as well as companies operating in the region. Additionally, a contest was organized among art schools to create the best drawings dedicated to the Stary Oskol toy. The winning works served as the basis for the collection's prints.
Selected items from the collection are available for purchase, with all proceeds going towards supporting those affected in the region. They can be acquired through the website of the NGO "Holy Belogorye against Childhood Cancer" by making a recommended donation.
