Lemaire's designers Christoph Lemaire and Sarah-Linh Tran are known for their ability to find strength in simplicity, lightness, and French nonchalance. With each season, they search for and, luckily for us, find new ways to communicate with their audience. Tran states that this collection is dedicated to sleek, strict, yet understandable silhouettes.
The designer duo presented black adjustable jackets and tunic dresses with cutouts, as well as shoulder bags adorned with large beads, which perfectly complement the dresses. They also showcased shirts worn backwards, exposing the collar studs. Lemaire's layering technique is far from cumbersome, and the dense fabrics only add to the lightness of the overall look. The collection features pastel and dusty shades that create a subtle and sophisticated palette.
Lemaire's designers continue their tradition of creating coats with internal straps that effortlessly transform them from outerwear to an accessory with a swift hand movement.
